Marco Ferrari received from Politecnico di Milano the Laurea degree in Telecommunications Engineering (cum laude) in 1996 and the Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2000. In 2001 he joined the CNR-CSTS, now CNR-IEIIT. In 2002 he was an EPRSC Research Fellow at the University of Plymouth (UK). He is coauthor in tens of scientific publications on leading international journals and conference proceedings. His main research interests are in digital transmission and channel coding.
