Mario Orefice has been up to the end of 2015 (date of his retirement for age limits) Full Professor of Electromagnetic Waves and Antennas, and founder and director of LACE (Laboratory of Antennas and EMC) of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Now he is Professor Emeritus, and Senior Research Associate at the IEIIT of the National Research Council. He is author or co-author of more than 200 publications in the area of antennas and applied electromagnetics.
