Roberto Nebuloni received the MSc degree in Electronic Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 1997 and 2004, respectively. Since 2005, he is a researcher at the Italian National Research Council (CNR). His main research interest is the interaction between electromagnetic and optical waves and the Earth atmosphere and its applications in the fields of radio mobile networks, advanced satellite systems, meteorology and environmental monitoring.
