Alessia holds a PhD in Bioengineering (Politecnico di Milano, 2009). She is Senior Researcher at CNR IEIIT, adjunct Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Visiting Scientist at Toronto Metropolitan University. She is interested in eHealth, predictive health modeling, biosignal processing. She is author of >80 articles on int. peer-reviewed Journals and conferences, 2 books, and >90 conf. communications. She is Associate Editor for 4 int'l Journals and expert evaluator for the EU and several research agencies.
