/Senior Researcher

She received in 2005 the Ph.D. in Bioengineering at the University of Genoa. In 2004 she was Visiting Scientist at the Univ. Hospital of Basel. Member of PhD course of Bioengineering at the University of Genoa, head of the Laboratory of Tissue Engineering. She is also principal investigator of the FET-OPEN H2020 project “B2B”. She is author of more than 60 int. peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, inventor of 7 patents and scientific reviewer for EU (NMBP, ERC grants).

2010-present              Professor Member at the PhD course in Bioengineering, University of Genoa.

2005- present:            Graduate Student Advisor, University of Genoa, Italy (Supervisor of more than 30 graduate students of the Bioengineering faculty)

20010- present:          PhD Student Advisor, University of Genoa, I (4 PhD students of Biotechnology Course, Bioengineering Course, Regenerative Medicine Course)

2010-2016                  Appointed Professor of Biomechanics, Medicine Faculty, University of Genoa.
